Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be approved by Nightwind Arts, LLC.   Nightwind Arts will issue refunds for most items if the return request is placed within 30 days of receipt.  Items which are received defective/damaged should be reported within 7 days of delivery.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason you may contact us within 30 days to request a return.  In the event of a disagreement, Nightwind Arts holds the right to make the final call on all returns.

We are unable to exchange items. In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the  unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refund will be granted:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Incorrect shipping information was provided at time of purchase.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products



In order to request a return, complete a Return Request

You will receive an email response within 24-48 hours of placing the return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your product arrives damaged or defective take a digital photo of the damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in as this will be requested as part of the return process.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Exceptions may be requested for items which were defective, damaged or missing parts due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
